Do you own residential rentral property? If you do, and Danish Mutual insures your primary residence (if you reside within our operating territory), we can insure your 1 or 2 family rental dwellings. We offer basic and broad form coverages and can also insure appurtenant structures such as a personal garage or storage shed, personal property you own in the rental dwelling, such as a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, and provide protection for loss of rents when the dwelling becomes unfit for occupancy due to a loss covered under the policy.
